Welcome to 8 Dance. By purchasing and participating in our Latin dance classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Class Packages and Validity

• Classes are sold in 4- or 8-week bundles, granting access to weekly lessons.

• Packages are non-transferable and must be used within the specified time period stated at the time of purchase.

2. Schedule and Venue Changes

• 8 Dance aims to provide a consistent schedule and venue for all classes. However, during peak seasons, festive periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances, the class schedule or venue may change.

• In the event of changes:

• Classes may be rescheduled to an alternate day or moved to a nearby venue.

• You will be notified in advance via the contact details you provide at the time of booking.

• No refunds will be provided for such changes, as the full number of classes in your package will still be delivered.

3. Refund Policy

• All payments for class packages are final, and no refunds will be issued for missed classes or changes to schedule or venue.

• If 8 Dance cancels a class entirely without offering an alternative, a replacement class or credit will be provided.

4. Attendance and Expiry

• You are responsible for attending classes within your package’s validity period.

• Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled unless explicitly offered by 8 Dance as part of a special arrangement.

5. Health and Safety

• Dancing is a physical activity, and you participate at your own risk.

• By attending classes, you confirm that you are fit to participate and do not have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical activity.

• 8 Dance and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.

6. Code of Conduct

• To ensure a welcoming and respectful environment, participants are expected to behave appropriately during classes. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the class, with no refund provided.

7. Intellectual Property

• All class content, including choreography, teaching methods, and materials, is the intellectual property of 8 Dance.

• You are not permitted to reproduce, record, or distribute class content without prior written permission from 8 Dance.

8. Communication

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information to receive updates about your classes.

• 8 Dance is not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect or outdated contact details.

9. Force Majeure

• 8 Dance is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide an alternative schedule or venue.

10. Amendments to Terms

• 8 Dance reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants and published on our website.
